What are the Consequences for first degree burglary with 3 felonys in California?

My friend a 16 year old got charged with first degree burglary in a resudencial areas and I guess with 3 counts... We just had court but I guess in da next court they'll finally make a deciosion.. The thing is he n his family can't go on with there daily lifes because of fear of da bad cobsuwuences.. The kid is not bad he just made bad decision cas of his friends..
