Dog with an eye condition that could be expensive to resolve. What to do?

Try to convince them that something has to be done otherwise it's going to advance to a point where is undo -able and euthanasia will become the best option. It's going to be far cheaper to take the dog to the vet now and solve it then to wait. It's tough if your mom is unemployed but at this point again it will be cheaper and the dog won't be suffering. Convince them this is the right thing to do. Hope all works out!
