Where can I get these?

I just picked up some adorable scarves from Wal-Mart, they are from Miley Cyrus's clothing line. They were $6 here in WI. Check Goodwills or thrift shops. Also, clothing exchange stores are popping up all over, check one of them out! Since I'm on a budget, but love cute clothes, I usually scour Wal-Mart for good deals on better quality (yes, Wal-Mart does have some decent quality stuff) and I find ALOT at Goodwill...you can usually get some good brand name clothes, especially if you're a smaller size (I'm plus size, but still find alot of cute stuff there), and the prices aren't too bad, I think shirts are generally between $3-$6, unless you get the half-price sticker items. Otherwise, I know alot of people find nice stuff at Target.
