Are both Sitges Mougin, near Nice, locatio worth considering as a good choice for purchasing a holiday home?

plI was living for a year and a half in Sitges and it's a great place particularly on winter , but if you can't decide consider a place that is great and closest to France Begur in Girona it's a beautiful place to live
