sorryi cannot estimate the expense but be sure to hire a contractor that is licensed and does great work. seems as though you have several layers on the top of the structure and it really needs to be overhauled properly. that may also need to replace some of the roof wood beneath the layers. you don't give the age of the home, surface area to be covered , or grade of roofing yo plan to replace with. these will all effect the price.
