Msn 7.5 won't let me sign on i get error for 81000395?

alright here's how it goes, i have msn messenger 7.5 and i've been having trouble signing in for the past little while i finally got signed in two days ago but i nvr sign out i always leave my status as away and then last night i went on msn on my phone then came back upstairs later on and msn wasnt working again i get the code 81000395. I tried to to the delete cookies and delete files on IE but that didnt even work and plus i dont even use IE anymore.. ive been using firefox for about a yr or so now anyways.. point being i dont know how to fix it i dont use any anti virus programs and my fire wall everything is all disabled so would anyone know what i can do? oh yah i even tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it restaring my computer restoring it to another point and everything nothing worked any suggestions? i do not like windows live so im not upgrading.. even tho it works here oh and my account doesnt work on ebuddy neither but i would like to fix 7.5 first so any help? thanks:)
