Detoxification?

well im about 2 get a job as an emt and i wanted 2 clean my system out b cuz i use 2 smoke weed heavily. I just stopped smokin in january and i found a really good detoxificator that work woonders, but I also wanted 2 no after i do that for the one day does everything leav ur body and u clean again, or r there left iver material?
