Heart Feels Weird While Im sleeping?

Hey all for a few days iv been having this weird feeling,its ojly happens when i try going to sleep, it starts of by my head going light and weird then my heart beat speeds up,i go oight headed again then i get a little pain in my chest,after that everything goes silent my heart beat slows down to the ooint i cant feel it,then i jump and wake up,im so tired and wanna go bed but im scared i mioght die or something..could i possibly have a cardiac attack from this> is there a cure?thanks
