there has been alot of cases lately of people advertiseing their dogs as "rare" colors ect or they may say its recessive and not show allowed but they still want higher prices. even if your dog and their parents belong to a respectable breed club and they advertised the dog as rare or something similar then you should mabey get your dog DNA tested b/c alot of so called ethical breeders have been "double breeding" meaning they breed their female to 2 males and only register the 2parents that are part of the club there fore they an come oup with "rare" colors ect,,also you may want to check if the dog you want club's have an open stud book which means they allow out crossing to other breeds,,i love all dogs but alot of people with pure bred pits probally dont know over the history of one of their biggest clubs that the stud books have been open 3 times thus the occasional difference in pits, also sweeden has every now and then long hair english mastiffs beautifl dogs but you should learn
