Unhappy with chin implant?

I recently had a chin implant, but am pretty unhappy with the results. The implant selected by the surgeon is not large enough and my chin still is pretty far back from the ideal chin line (at the line of the lower lip and base of nose). My question is .. should the surgeon re-do this or should I have to pay for a whole 'nother surgery?
