Realtor said he would list at one price, came back few days later with another price?

Called a realtor and he looked at my property and said he thinks we could get $89,000 for it, so I signed the 12 month agreement. Three days later he calls and says the other realtors (he is the broker) think it is overpriced by $20,000 and should drop the price to $69,000. Almost seems like a hook and bait type of situation...if I had know we could have only got 69K, which will prob be more like 55K after offers and such, I would have tried and sold it myself. Do I have any right pull out of the contract?
