I just graduated in computer hardware,which course should i choose between MCSE and CISCO ?

I just graduated also with Computer network mang, and have been looking for a job. The most frequent question i get is do you have your MCSE. I havnt been asked about CCNA (cisco) at all. It seems all companys want you to have a MCSE and an A+
