I am Turkish and have indefinite leave to remain in uk i want to go germany whgat visa will i need?

Which pport do you have? If it's Turkish, then you'll have to get a schengen visa. You can get it from the German Emby or consulate in England. But if you already have any other valid schengen visa in your pport ( Like Spain, France,etc) you don't need a new visa for Germany, you can travel with that.
