How do I take apart my Jin gong g36c to change the bearings?

I have an airsoft Jin Gong g36c and want to change the plastic bearings how do I safely take it apart? And what is the difference between bearings and brushings? How can I tell the size of the bearings inside my gun? Is it printed on the bearings? Thank you
