Help with some song lyrics?

Cant remember who sang this track... the lyrics are "call me..and ill be right there, oooh..unconditional love, the one that i dream of.....call me and ill be right there, whatever you want, whatever you need, baby just call me"....then a reggae guy comes in with "call me call me call me yeah my lover, yes i got your number,i got it on my beeper"...i know its called call me (obviously!) but dont know who sang it, it was 2 guys, one singing and the other doing some reggae chat, it was out around 94 cause I had it on a cd with Aaliyahs Back and Forth and that was out in 94...all help appreciated.
