Help!!!!! teddy bear hamster stink!!?

This aftetnoon around 5 pm i went outside to my backyard and clean out my hamster cage. I put the old bedding in the black bag and the cage i spray it with the water hoe. Then later around 2 am i went outside to let my dog in and right when i open the slide door the hamster smell from early that afternoon smell was stinking up my back yard. My backyard now smell like a smelly hamster cage that been left for 3-5 week. I had the hamster for only 3 day and i already cleaning her cage. Her urine an poop stink badly! Help
